Holter

The holter, also called as holter monitor, is a device that monitors the heart rhythm via electrocardiography (ECG). A conventional holter device performs continuous ECG from 24 up to 48 hours. It used to detect heart arrhythmias. The size of it is that of a cassette, with lighter and smaller devices being produced every year.
